FGPS Solar 
Overview
FGPS Solar installs residential and commercial rooftop solar across Rajasthan. In a market where buyers are making ₹3–15 lakh decisions with no reliable way to compare installers, a brochure site is worthless. Palsoro built a custom WordPress platform whose centrepiece is a subsidy-aware savings calculator — visitors arrive uncertain and leave with a number.
01The situation
Solar in India is sold on payback period, and the payback period depends on subsidy eligibility, bill size, roof type and system sizing — none of which a generic template site can answer. FGPS had competitive pricing and clean installation quality, but visitors left to price-check elsewhere because the site never gave them a number they could act on.
02The solution
Palsoro built a WordPress theme from scratch — no page builder — with performance and conversion as the design brief. The savings calculator takes monthly bill, roof type, location and system size and returns personalised savings, subsidy-adjusted payback period and 25-year ROI, updating live as inputs change. Around it sit a filterable project showcase, city-level landing pages for local search across Rajasthan districts, testimonial proof, and a lead flow that qualifies the enquiry before it reaches the sales team.
03The result
Within 90 days of launch, qualified lead volume rose 3.2× against the previous quarter. The calculator became the most-used feature on the site — 68% of visitors interact with it, and average session duration went from 45 seconds to over four minutes. Sales calls now open with a customer who has already seen their projected savings, cutting average cycle time by roughly a third.
The calculator changed our business. Customers come to us having already done the numbers — they're not asking "should I go solar", they're asking "when can you install".
